How does Supported EMPLOYMENT help?

Our Supported Employment (SE) program is something we take pride it. It has been shown that individuals who receive SE services are three times more likely to be hired, even after services have been stopped (McInnes, M. M., Ozturk, O. D., McDermott, S., & Mann, J. R., 2010). The skills taught through SE and the on-the-job training opportunities better prepare individuals for the workplace environment and help them to navigate the workplace more effectively.
